Position Title: District Manager
Position Overview:
Winona County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is seeking a District Manager to provide
strategic and operational leadership for the organization. This role works under the direction of the SWCD Board of Supervisors and is responsible for leading staff, managing programs and resources, and ensuring effective, accountable delivery of conservation efforts.
Position Details:
Location: Winona County SWCD – Lewiston, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time (Regular)
Employment Status: Permanent
Schedule: 40 Hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Flexible Scheduling: Available
Remote Work: Not Available
Overtime: Not Available
Reports To: SWCD Board of Supervisors
Compensation:
$42.67-$58.42 per Hour
$89,101-$121,988 Annually
Starting salary is based on qualifications and experience.
