Winona County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors holds their regular monthly board meeting at 9:00 A.M. on the second Wednesday of every month, at the Ag Service Center in Lewiston, MN.  See information below for updated meeting dates and times.

If there is a subject you would like the Winona County SWCD Board to discuss, please contact SWCD Board members or Staff at least 8 days prior to the scheduled meeting so the topic can be brought to the Board Chair for consideration of adding to the published agenda.

To encourage preservation and conservation of the natural resources of Winona County through advocating sustainable use and respect of the uniqueness and aesthetic value of our landscape for present and future generations.

Mission Statement:

We are a locally elected unit of government promoting soil and water conservation and environmental protection through landowner assistance, educational and planning activities, and coordination of public and private efforts and by serving as a forum on natural resource issues.
