* Minnesota Board of Water and Soil
Resources (BWSR) requires either posting of the Programs and
Operations component of the SWCD's FY14-15 Biennial Budget Request
(BBR) or the District's Annual Plan. Since much of the Winona
County SWCD's Annual Plan very closely follows the Comprehensive
Water Plan posted below, and other components of the Annual Plan are
already posted in other sections of this Web Site, we are posting
the Program and Operations component of the Winona County SWCD's
FY14-15 BBR.
* On 1/18/2012, the Winona
County SWCD Board of Supervisors, adopted by resolution, the
"Winona County Comprehensive Local Water Management Plan
2011-2015" as the Comprehensive Plan of the Winona County SWCD
for 2012-2015.
